Role Description The Brand Manager – Health & Wellness is a full-time, on-site role based in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for health and wellness clients across digital marketplaces and social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, coordinating with creative, advertising, and fulfillment teams, and overseeing brand messaging and positioning. The Brand Manager will analyze performance data, optimize listings and content, manage promotions and partnerships, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with clients, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth in the health and wellness segment.
Qualifications

• Brand strategy and management skills focused on health & wellness, including experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Digital marketing and marketplace growth skills, such as working with platforms like TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, and Target to drive revenue and visibility.
• Content and campaign development skills, including coordinating UGC, live streaming initiatives, skit concepts, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Analytical and performance optimization skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and refine campaigns and product listings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and managing client relationships.
• Organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and oversee multiple brand initiatives simultaneously.
• Previous experience in brand management, marketing, or e-commerce within health & wellness or consumer products is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
