- Delivering personal hygiene assistance such as bathing, shaving, and mouth care
- Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Providing basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision
- Preparing meals considering client preferences and dietary needs
- Offering companionship and engaging in activities tailored to individual interests
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in clients' conditions
- Using EVV systems to document tasks and adherence to care plans
- Ensuring confidentiality, privacy, and patient rights are upheld
- Following the Plan of Care strictly and avoiding medication administration
- Current certification with DFS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Sympathetic attitude toward patient care
