Seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic exams, ensuring high image quality, patient safety, and comfort in a fast-paced clinic setting. Responsibilities
- Operate imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images per protocol
- Verify patient identity and prepare patients for exams
- Educate patients, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Follow radiation safety, infection control, and clinical protocols
- Document procedures and patient information accurately
- Assist team members and provide training support
- ARRT(R) certification and state radiologic technologist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of image quality, anatomy, equipment operation, patient care, and communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow
- Physical ability to lift, move, and position patients and equipment, and to stand for extended periods
