We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide home care services on weekends, with responsibilities focused on patient support within their residences.

- Providing personal hygiene care such as bathing, shaving, hair, and mouth care.
- Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
- Administering basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision.
- Preparing meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Offering companionship and engaging in activities suited to individual interests.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting changes in client condition, and following the care plan.
- Using EVV systems to document tasks and time sheets.
- Ensuring patient confidentiality, respecting their rights, and reporting any abuse or unsafe conditions.
- Current certification with DFS.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Effective communication skills and physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and bending.
- Empathy and a caring attitude towards patients.
