- Providing direct client care through treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy
- Supporting the development and maintenance of practice standards and quality services
- Serving as a resource for other clinicians, offering consultation, education, and mentoring
- Coordinating services with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs
- Planning and delivering client, family, peer, and community education
- Supporting program goals and modeling organizational values
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Alaska licensure in social work, psychology, or counseling
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience
