Responsibilities of the Manager of Technical Solutions:
- Lead a backend‑focused engineering team delivering scalable digital platforms using .NET, Java, microservices, and cloud technologies, ensuring high quality and on‑time delivery.
- Own agile execution and engineering excellence, including sprint delivery, technical design oversight, and proactive management of technical debt.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to align technology strategy with enterprise transformation and business objectives.
- 5 years of experience leading software engineering initiatives, including platform modernization, cloud‑based systems, and microservices architectures.
- 2 years of people management experience, mentoring and developing engineering teams in agile environments.
- Strong backend engineering background with .NET and Java (Angular experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to align technology delivery with business goals in regulated or enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience) 20% annual bonus potential
