The Senior Project Manager will serve as the CIO’s right-hand partner, helping to align IT initiatives, processes, and delivery across multiple business functions. - Act as a strategic partner to the CIO, helping connect and drive IT initiatives, priorities, and operating processes
- Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple business units and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between technology roadmaps, business objectives, and enterprise priorities
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across initiatives and drive resolution
- Establish and refine program governance, reporting, and communication frameworks
- Partner with IT, product, and business leaders to improve execution, transparency, and delivery outcomes
- Take initiative in identifying process improvements and driving organizational change
- 6 years of experience in program and/or product management within complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across IT and business teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner closely with senior leadership
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, operate independently, and drive results in ambiguous environments
- Experience improving processes, governance, and operating models within IT organizations
- Hybrid availability with the ability to be onsite three days per week
- Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 with bonus and LTIP plans
