You will be part of a team supporting approximately 4,000 users across clinical and administrative environments, contributing to key initiatives including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and virtual printing modernization projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 desktop support for end users across the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
- Diagnose and repair issues related to Lenovo desktops, laptops, and related hardware
- Support and troubleshoot peripheral devices, including scanners and devices connected to network servers
- Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Assist users with system access, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Support and participate in VDI and virtual printing implementation projects
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when appropriate
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures
Required:
- 2 years of experience in desktop or end user support (Level 2 preferred)
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Experience supporting PC hardware, laptops, and peripherals (Lenovo preferred)
- Experience troubleshooting devices connected to networked environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment supporting a large user base
- Experience supporting VDI environments
- Experience with virtual printing technologies
- Experience in healthcare or enterprise environments supporting large user populations
