- Configure client accounts and ensure proper system setup
- Educate clients on platform features and functionality
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding execution
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, account management, or client success
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Technically proficient with the ability to learn systems quickly
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid schedule (1 day onsite per week in RTP, NC)
