Executive Assistant to CEO

Role Overview
Seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO in managing a fast-paced portfolio of businesses spanning private credit, private equity, finance, and new ventures. This role demands discretion, precision, and the ability to anticipate needs in a high-stakes, deal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage CEO’s calendar with absolute prioritization. Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones with investors, legal, lenders, and partners.
- Deal Support: Prepare research briefs, pull data (lawsuits, UCC filings, financial signals), and coordinate due diligence tasks with legal and underwriting teams.
- Communications: Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Maintain LinkedIn posting schedule and engagement tracking.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business, financial, and legal documents with strict confidentiality.
- Personal Assistance: Manage select personal tasks to maximize CEO’s bandwidth.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong financial and business literacy (Private credit, Deal making, ABL background a plus).
- Exceptional organization, multitasking, and prioritization.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with AI tools, CRM systems, and workflow automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, ambiguity, and shifting priorities.
- Discretion and loyalty; trusted to manage sensitive relationships.
