What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the underwriting team by reviewing financial statements, bank data, and cash flow
- Assisting with credit analysis and risk assessment on live deals
- Helping prepare underwriting summaries and internal credit documentation
- Working in Excel and internal systems to track and analyze opportunities
- Learning private credit fundamentals through hands-on training and real deal exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Excel proficiency (financial analysis experience is a plus)
- Interest in private credit or alternative finance
- NYC / North NJ–based and open to an in-office role
- Direct exposure to private credit underwriting
- Fast-paced, collaborative team environment

- Competitive compensation ($70K–$100K base, depending on experience)
