About the Role
The Bar Manager oversees the daily operations of the hotel’s bar and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service, high-quality offerings, and efficient operations. This role is responsible for staffing, inventory management, training, service execution, and maintaining DoubleTree brand standards.
The Bar Manager also collaborates closely with hotel leadership to develop beverage programs, elevate guest engagement, and support special events, promotions, and operational excellence throughout the hotel.
