Position Summary
Pinnacle Partnership is seeking an experienced, people-focused HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This is a fully onsite position supporting multiple hotel and restaurant operations across our portfolio.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who understands the fast-paced nature of hospitality and enjoys partnering with leaders and team members to create an outstanding employee experience. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day HR support in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance management, and HR administration.
Hospitality experience is required. Candidates must have previous HR experience supporting both hotel and restaurant operations to ensure they understand the unique challenges of our industry.
What You'll Do
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for managers and team members.
- Assist with employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
- Support investigations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Coach leaders on HR policies, performance management, and best practices.
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Ensure a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience for new team members.
Benefits & HR Administration
- Assist team members with benefit enrollment and questions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Process employment changes, promotions, transfers, and separations.
- Prepare employment letters and other HR documentation.
Compliance
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with I-9 compliance, E-Verify, personnel files, and required documentation.
- Support policy implementation and HR audits.
Performance & Development
- Assist leaders with coaching conversations and performance documentation.
- Support employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects designed to improve culture, retention, and employee satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous Human Resources experience is required.
- Previous hospitality HR experience supporting both hotels and restaurants is required.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
- Multi-property hospitality experience is highly preferred.
