The Residence Inn by Marriott Spartanburg Westgate is looking for guest room attendants to join our team.
The Residence Inn Spartanburg Westgate is an award-winning hotel, receiving multiple Marriott Select Brands awards, most recently the Platinum Circle award for 2024 and the Diamond Circle Award for 2023. The hotel consistently ranks in the top 30 Residence Inns in North America for Intent to Recommend, Staff Service, Cleanliness and Housekeeping scores.
To maintain our outstanding cleanliness score and our award winning status, our Guest Room Attendants perform the following tasks:
- Cleaning and sanitizing assigned rooms within the time frame required to meet brand standards while using company approved cleaning tools and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintaining a professional appearance, arriving for shifts in clean uniform with appropriate shoes and name tag.
- Ensuring Residence Inn standards regarding required items in guest room are met.
- Reporting broken or non-working items in guest rooms so they may be repaired in a timely manner by maintenance staff.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
