ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Guest Areas

· Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and meeting spaces.

· Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items such as towels, pillows, or toiletries.

• Housekeeping Support

· Deliver clean linens, towels, and amenities to housekeeping staff or directly to guest rooms.

· Collect dirty linens and transport them to the laundry area.

· Assist in the setup and breakdown of furniture or equipment for special events or meetings.

• Stocking and Maintenance

· Replenish housekeeping carts with supplies, including cleaning products and linens.

· Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, reporting shortages to the supervisor.

· Ensure proper functioning of housekeeping equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.

• General Duties

· Ensure hallways and storage closets are clean, organized, and free of hazards.

· Handle trash and recycling removal from public and back-of-house areas.

· Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to comply with hotel standards and local regulations.
