Are you a motivated, goal-driven sales professional looking for a rewarding career with great pay and no weekend work? Phoenix Services is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to help expand our client base and strengthen customer relationships across the Findlay, OH area.
What We Offer:
- Direct Hire | Full-Time
- Pay: $60,000/year Monthly Performance Bonuses
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (No weekends!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling (in-person and over the phone)
- Develop and maintain client relationships within the Findlay area
- Educate prospective clients on company services and offerings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to achieve sales goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 2–4 years of professional sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Positive, professional demeanor with a proactive attitude
