The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager (Outside Sales) to join our growing team. You’ll take over and own an existing sales territory, build long-term relationships with our current customers, and drive new business development by delivering value-driven solutions that help our clients succeed.
This is an ideal role for a self-starter with strong sales instincts, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to make an impact every day.
What You’ll Do
- Represent CC-EFI’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts, to exceed sales and profit goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with diverse companies.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers, prospects, and vendor partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions, deliver quotes, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Use our CRM to manage your pipeline, forecast sales, and track engagement.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and applications to provide informed recommendations.
- Continuously develop your professional and technical skills through training and self-learning.
What You Bring
- Proven success in B2B or industrial sales (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A self-motivated, disciplined approach to work — thrives independently and on a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A passion for helping customers succeed through problem-solving and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the material handling, industrial supply, or related industries.
- Project management or solution-based selling experience.
- Familiarity with structured sales processes (e.g., Sandler).
- Established relationships or network in your assigned territory.
