Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Funnel Building: Aggressively seek out and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
Sales Execution: Sell new and used forklifts, rental solutions, and forklift accessories by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new industries and territories, staying ahead of competitors.
Negotiation & Closing: Own the sales process from first contact to signed deal—no handholding required.
Follow-Up & Retention: Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, upsell solutions, and drive referrals.
Collaboration: Work closely with service and parts teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support.
Reporting & CRM Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities within the company CRM system.
