Job Summary

Phoenix of Maple Heights, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care and assist residents in daily living activities. State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Duties:

• Assist residents with daily living (hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
• Respond to call lights promptly and ensure comfort and safety.
• Observe and report changes in resident health to nurses.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe long-term care environment.
• Support a positive and compassionate patient care experience.
  
  
  

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Pay & Schedule:

• Hourly pay: $18/hour
• Shift differential: $1/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Full-time and part-time available
  
  
  

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications:

• Valid STNA license in the state of Ohio
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
