- Supervise and support night shift clinical staff (STNAs and nurses)
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and proper documentation overnight
- Respond to emergencies, assess resident status, and contact providers as needed
- Perform routine nursing duties, including med passes and wound checks
- Oversee admissions or discharges that occur overnight
- Communicate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition
- Pay range: (based on license and experience)
- Shift: Overnight
- Schedule: Full-time
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and documentation skills
