Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:

• Provide essential care in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safety compliance.
• Document patient conditions and update care plans accordingly.
• Support and supervise STNAs to ensure quality long-term care.
• Monitor resident health and escalate concerns as needed.
  
  
  

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay & Schedule:

• Hourly pay: $32/hour
• Shift differential: $2/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Full-time and part-time available
  
  
  

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
• BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong electronic medical record (EMR) skills
