- Conduct research, development, and laboratory experimentation
- Design, execute, and interpret scientific experiments
- Support assay and method development activities
- Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses

- Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records
- Follow applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company procedures
- Troubleshoot experimental challenges and contribute to research strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams
