Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Research Associate – Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to support the execution of health outcomes research studies evaluating the value and impact of healthcare interventions. The role will contribute to study design and execution, data analysis, literature reviews, scientific communications, and cross-functional research initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and research capabilities, experience with health economics and outcomes research methodologies, and the ability to translate complex scientific data into clear and impactful communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of HEOR and health outcomes research studies, including database analyses, literature reviews, and modeling activities.
- Analyze and interpret healthcare and scientific data to support research objectives and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to evidence generation and synthesis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Marketing, and other program stakeholders, to align research activities with organizational strategies.
- Support the development of abstracts, posters, presentations, manuscripts, and scientific publications.
- Coordinate research-related activities such as advisory panels, stakeholder meetings, and best-practice sharing initiatives.
- Prepare clear and accurate summaries of scientific findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist with project planning, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and execution of research programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in health outcomes research, HEOR, health economics, epidemiology, or a related research environment.
- Strong understanding of HEOR methodologies and research principles.
- Experience with healthcare data analysis, literature reviews, and/or health economic modeling.
- Strong scientific writing, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple research activities.
Salary : $40 - $55
