π¬ About the Role
We are hiring a Manufacturing Specialist to support clinical production of advanced cell therapy products (CAR-T, TCR-T, allogeneic therapies) in a GMP-regulated environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on cleanroom experience and strong understanding of cGMP manufacturing operations.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities
- Support GMP readiness (equipment, facility qualification, tech transfer)
- Perform manufacturing activities in ISO 5 cleanroom environment
- Operate cell therapy equipment (Sepax, Sefia, Finia, etc.)
- Assist in SOP development and documentation
- Maintain inventory and ensure materials readiness
- Follow strict aseptic techniques and gowning procedures
- Support PD & MSAT teams for process alignment
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards
β Must-Have Skills
- 5 years in GMP / biologics / cell therapy manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cGMP & aseptic processing
- Experience in cleanroom operations (ISO 5)
- Hands-on with cell therapy equipment (Sepax, Finia, Nucleocounter, etc.)
- Experience with deviations & GMP documentation

- CAR-T / TCR-T manufacturing experience
- Tech transfer exposure
- Clinical or commercial manufacturing background

- High School Diploma 5 yrs experience OR
- BS/BA in Science / Engineering
