Brief Description
At Petuari Advance, the Process and Veeva Associate is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of client processes and compliance across the Scientific/Medical team, including a significant focus on Veeva uploads. This role serves as the subject matter expert on overall client process requirements and individual client requests, guiding writers and directors, reviewing deliverables for compliance, and performing uploads or other process needs when required.
Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation as client processes evolve, proactively recommending and implementing process improvements in collaboration with directors, and supporting cross-team efforts to optimize workflows, resources, and systems.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor of Science degree is required, preferably in a scientific and/or education discipline. Equivalent degrees with demonstrated scientific expertise will be considered. Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain structured processes, as well as prior training or evidence of exceptional process focus, is essential. Prior pharmaceutical or medical communications agency experience is a plus.

- Serve as the subject matter expert on client processes, including Veeva submission compliance
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with client process owners to enable team success
- Guide and support writers and directors in applying client processes, review materials to ensure compliance and teach others to do same, and support the team in performing process pull-through and Veeva uploads when required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and resources for the MSS team’s evolving client processes, as well as implement changes and knowledge of changes among scientific team promptly
- Develop and maintain clear, high-quality resources for internal teams to support compliance
- Proactively contribute to internal process development and refinement to align with client requirements
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve excellence in process adherence and compliance
- Monitor timelines and resource needs to ensure adequate review cycles and process integration
- Collaborate across functions to align strategies, optimize workflows, and ensure cohesive approaches
- Communicate effectively to advance departmental and organizational goals
- Occasionally perform editorial reviews, check references, and create reference packs or content as required
- Ensure strict compliance with client processes to maintain strong client relationships and support future business opportunities
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients by quickly understanding their processes and ensuring team adherence
- Support onboarding and integration of new Petauri Advance team members by ensuring they quickly gain expertise in client processes and consistently apply them in all deliverables
