Responsibilities
- Assist account teams in daily activities
- Gain familiarity with and operate within established client and agency processes
- Complete client service logistical tasks which may include client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, scheduling, and logistical planning
- Liaise with cross functional team members as requested
- Proactively work with internal stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered on time
- Support the development of client contact reports, financial documents, and client/project agendas
- Contribute to the creation of client proposals, monitoring budgets, and assisting with the preparation and submission of financial and forecasting reports
- Draft creative briefs and assisting with facilitation of the medical-legal-regulatory review process
- Attend status meetings and take notes
- Learn key client information including strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customer segments
- Develop positive, professional relationships with all levels of internal agency members and any relevant client counterparts
- Leverage the Petauri core values in all interactions with team members and clients, fostering a culture of leadership, partnership, professionalism, innovation, and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Internship or experience working on simultaneous projects, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, problem solving and working well under pressure
- Demonstrated execution of project management tasks such as developing timelines, project briefs, monitoring budgets and process tracking to include coordinating projects (preferred)
