Our client is seeking an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for performing conflict-of-interest searches using Intapp Open and other sources for new clients, matters, internal hires, and updates. The Conflicts Coordinator will review search results, conduct corporate family research, and maintain accurate data in the firm’s systems.
This position is fully remote but requires candidates to reside within one of the following cities: Chicago, Dallas, or Detroit.
Responsibilities
- Perform conflict-of-interest searches for new clients/matters, internal hires, and updates using Intapp Open and other systems.
- Conduct corporate family research to ensure accurate conflict checks.
- Maintain data integrity in Intapp Open and Aderant systems.
- Keep detailed search logs for all conflict searches.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service when interacting with attorneys and staff.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous law firm experience required; Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firm experience preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in law firm conflicts or new business intake.
- Proficiency with Intapp Open is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and workflow systems.
- Background in corporate research or library-related work.
- Strong soft skills, including customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
