Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting motions, handling discovery, and taking depositions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare presentations for court proceedings.
- Participate in court appearances and hearings as required.
- Collaborate with partners and team members on complex insurance coverage matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous law firm experience required; Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firm experience preferred.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- 2–4 years of insurance litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters.
- Prior experience handling court appearances and depositions.

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
