This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about working with underserved communities and managing HUD properties. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a 200 unit HUD high-rise property
- Lead and support a team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff
- Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
- Execute value-add and capital improvement projects (with long-term funding in place)
- Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing HUD properties
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Background in working with underserved communities
