At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking two Assistant Managers with hands-on LIHTC (Section 42) experience for an affordable housing campus in Orlando, FL.
These are two distinct openings on the same campus: one role supports a busy 300 unit community with the Property Manager onsite in the same office, and the other supports a quieter 90 unit senior community where you’ll run the office independently most days. Both sites are stable and caught up on recertifications, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants either high-volume support or more autonomy, while staying focused on compliance and resident service.

Responsibilities
- Manage LIHTC move-in files, income verifications, and annual recertifications with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Support day-to-day resident relations, renewals, and general office operations
- Coordinate with the onsite maintenance team on work orders, turns, and resident needs
- Assist with compliance reporting and audit readiness for affordable housing programs
- For the senior community opening: operate independently for most of the week while delivering high-touch service to senior residents
Qualifications
- Required: hands-on LIHTC / Section 42 tax credit experience, including annual recertifications and move-in compliance paperwork
- 1 years of Assistant Manager experience, or a strong leasing professional ready to step into an Assistant Manager role
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a paperwork-driven environment
- Ability to thrive in either a high-volume setting or an autonomous office environment (depending on which opening you choose)
- Experience working with senior residents is a strong plus for the senior community role

- Total compensation range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year (base pay plus bonus potential), with top-end earnings around $60,000 and bonuses tied to timely paperwork ($50 per move-in and $75 per recertification)
