Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our office, taking on a variety of administrative tasks that support our organization's day-to-day functions. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing our company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage the office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintain an organized filing system for physical and electronic documents.
- Prepare and send out correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another clerical position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
