Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
- Document call details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues and provide effective solutions

Qualifications:
