Duties

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize time management.
- Assist with filing documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in calendar management and clerical duties is beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft Word is a must.
- Bilingual is preferred.
