INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER
📍 Hampton, NJ
💲 Up to $130K Bonus
Not your typical freight forwarding operations role.
We’re looking for someone who has genuinely operated within complex international logistics environments and can manage global freight movements beyond just day-to-day shipment coordination.
This position covers:
- International air, ocean, rail & trucking operations
- Global import/export activity across the U.S., Europe & China
- Dangerous goods logistics
- Trade compliance & customs processes
- Carrier/vendor management
- Risk mitigation & operational improvement
Ideal background:
- 10 years within international freight forwarding or global logistics
- Strong import/export operational knowledge
- Experience handling complex or high-value freight movements
- DG / hazardous cargo exposure highly preferred
- Comfortable working across operations, compliance, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- SAP experience is a plus
