Position Summary

This role is responsible for setting up and dismantling event spaces, assisting with event operations, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Banquet, and Event teams to ensure events are executed smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
- Set up and tear down event spaces according to floor plans, event specifications, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Ensure all event areas are prepared accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of event equipment and storage areas.
- Provide on-site event support and proactively address operational needs or unexpected issues.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain audio/visual equipment for meetings and events.
- Track and replenish event materials and supplies as needed.
- Assist with beverage service and other event-related duties when required.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards while handling equipment and event materials.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous event, hospitality, banquet, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout shifts.
- Ability to set up and move tables, chairs, and other event equipment.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, depending on event needs.

- Competitive hourly pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
