Our In House Rehab Team is Seeking Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) for Full Time and PRN Openings!

- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals and functional independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Accurately document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with regulations
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
- Current COTA certification and state licensure required; SNF experience preferred
