Key Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized treatment plans
- Support ADLs/IADLs and therapeutic activities
- Monitor progress and communicate with the OT and care team
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Active Kansas COTA license (in good standing)
- SNF or long-term care experience preferred
- Net Health experience a plus
