Major duties
- Partner on projects to review scorecards and support initiative design and execution using Lean Six Sigma principles and PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) ‑based intervention planning
- Facilitate quality methodologies and tools that are required to work on quality initiatives, update run charts, attend team meetings, update quality improvement documentation, and follow the standards and guidelines of the team
- Monitor the production of quality results reporting; analyze, track and trend the reporting results and report them to management
- Formulate and prepare ad-hoc and additional reporting requirements
- Recommend, develop, and implement quality improvement plans with management
- Train providers and staff in methodologies and tools of continuous quality improvement
- Prepare for and participate in meetings with State agencies, providers, and stakeholders
- Report out in department meetings on population health project status
- Quality improvement background and experience with quality improvement methodologies, Quality improvement lead or partner in process improvement projects
- Experience with PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) planning and tests of change
- 2 years of clinical or managed care experience required
- Knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma or IHI quality improvement methodologies
- Rate: $21.39/hour
- W2 Contract
- Worksite Location: Remote but will be expected to travel once a quarter to Columbus, OH office
- 3 month contract with opportunity for extension
