Engineering Analyst II

Peak Performers has partnered with a national utility company to assist in their search for an Engineering Analyst II in Providence, RI. In this contract position, you will be responsible for providing critical data to the construction manager to facilitate business decisions for the capital plan.

Major Duties

• Interface with numerous systems to consolidate information and present it effectively.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders who rely on construction data to make decisions around KPIs for safety and performance of external contractors.
• Organize, consolidate and present input collected by construction team in regular reports.
• Provide tracking for functional job components.
• Pull data and analytics from Safety Culture to create dashboards or reports for construction and restoration activities.
• Generate reports to the Resource Planning organization that fulfill stakeholder requirements.
• Create dashboards for managing contractor performance, comparisons, tracking, and safety metrics.
• Enter accounting data for contractor invoices.
• Assist construction supervisors in work package processing and tracking.
  
  

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience with generating reports in Excel
• GIS usage experience required
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand business objectives, make cost benefit assessments, and think critically.
