Major Duties

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of information included in Contracting Entity Administrative Review Notices.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents in accordance with agency standards and processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate employment interviews for division management, including preparing interview packets.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff, Contracting Entities, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with mail processing, office supply management, and general office operations.
  • Create and maintain databases; compile statistical information; and prepare summary reports.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as receptionist when needed by answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing customer support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Exciting Opportunity Details

  • Rate: $27.00 per hour
  • Length of Engagement: 6 months
  • Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
  • Location: Houston, TX 77023
