Major Duties
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of information included in Contracting Entity Administrative Review Notices.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents in accordance with agency standards and processes.
- Schedule and coordinate employment interviews for division management, including preparing interview packets.
- Provide technical assistance to staff, Contracting Entities, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with mail processing, office supply management, and general office operations.
- Create and maintain databases; compile statistical information; and prepare summary reports.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as receptionist when needed by answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing customer support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong cooperative and independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to working with multiple teams and reporting structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional, courteous customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Reliability and the ability to manage time and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and follow established procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of relevant work experience.
- Rate: $27.00 per hour
- Length of Engagement: 6 months
- Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- Location: Houston, TX 77023
