As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and refining manufacturing processes for Ring Laser Gyroscopes (RLGs) and MEMS-based inertial sensors and IMUs. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $52.00 to $57.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Provide test and manufacturing support for RLG and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP).
- Analyze yield and performance data to monitor process capability and drive improvements.
- Apply CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to standardize engineering practices.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating root cause analysis.
- Develop product and process improvements to reduce cost and cycle time.
- Support new product development and test equipment maintenance planning.
- Promote a self-driven workforce culture to meet SQDIC goals (RTY, BIQ, COPQ).
- Conduct product and software testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in product or process engineering.
- Hands-on experience with product assembly and testing.
- Familiarity with optics, sensors, and electronic assemblies.
- Proven track record in product yield management and improvement.
