Pay Details: $36.50 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Assist with design and layout planning of production floors for optimized assembly and materials handling.
- Conduct time studies and prework for lean line implementation.
- Analyze efficiency data and support process improvement initiatives.
- Create Spaghetti Diagrams to identify travel time inefficiencies and utilization opportunities.
- Dive into data analysis by SKU and operation to assess FPY, scrap, rework loops, and hiring impact.
- Support the documentation and improvement of manufacturing processes, including tooling and fixtures.
- Develop and maintain standard work documentation and manufacturing workflow processes.
- Draft PPAP documentation and proactively address configuration changes to avoid line disruptions.
- Program laser labeling processes to improve product quality—our #1 return item focus.
Required:
- 0–3 years of relevant manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with PPAP documentation or standard work development.
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing or regulated environments.
