Job Description:
Business Development Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant
Staffing (Tech, Engineering, A&F)
- Build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the local market through different tools (database, ATS, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
- Develop and execute a strategy for new business generation and key account growth
- Work closely with an experienced recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless service and follow-through
- Attend in-person client meetings and networking events to strengthen market presence and relationships
- Help shape the BD function in a fast-paced, start-up environment—ideal for someone energized by building from the ground up
Job Requirements:
Business Development Manager – Contract & Permanent Staffing
- 2–5 years of experience in agency staffing in a BD or 360 role
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in tech, engineering, or accounting & finance staffing
- Must have agency experience selling contract/temp staffing solutions (permanent placement is a plus)
- Proven track record of generating new business and hitting sales targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong track record of billings
Compensation:
- Base salary commission/vacation/incentives/etc.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
