Position Overview:
Our team is currently looking for a recruitment consultant to join our internal team. The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting across contract and direct hire roles, primarily in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions
- Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Partner closely with sales/account management teams to understand client needs and priorities
- Prepare and submit qualified candidate profiles to clients in a timely manner
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation packages in alignment with client and company guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM system
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles
- Meet or exceed recruiting metrics related to submittals, placements, and revenue contribution
- Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and industry development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–5 years of recruiting experience (energy, engineering, or technical recruiting preferred)
- Experience with contract staffing and/or direct hire placements
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office
