Sales Leader – Light Industrial & Skilled Trades Staffing
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

They are seeking a senior sales professional to drive revenue growth while mentoring and developing a small team of BDMs.
Role Overview
This is a player/coach sales leadership role for a proven producer who leads from the front. The role combines hands-on business development with coaching, deal support, and performance accountability for a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across the DFW light industrial and skilled trades markets
- Build and expand relationships with manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and skilled trades clients
- Maintain a personal book of business with revenue responsibility
- Coach and mentor a small team of Business Development Managers
- Support deal strategy, client meetings, and closing efforts
- Partner with recruiting and operations to ensure strong delivery and account growth
Markets Supported
- Light Industrial (Warehousing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics)
- Skilled Trades (Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Welding, HVAC)
- Contract and contract-to-hire staffing
Qualifications
- 7 years of staffing sales experience in light industrial and/or skilled trades
- Strong record of new logo acquisition and account growth
- Prior experience coaching or mentoring sales professionals preferred
- Deep knowledge of the DFW staffing market
- Hands-on, client-facing leadership style
