Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships across the technology market
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through candidate placement
• Source, assess, and manage technical talent across a variety of skill sets
• Negotiate terms, manage offers, and drive processes through completion
• Partner closely with leadership as the business continues to scale its U.S. footprint

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a successful 360 recruiter within technology recruitment
• Strong business development and client management capabilities
• Demonstrated billing track record and consistent production history
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
