Senior Associate – Executive Search
Our client is a growing retained executive search firm with an established international presence and a strong reputation across industrials and manufacturing. Following continued growth in the U.S. market, they are looking to add a Senior Associate to their Philadelphia-based team.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative; high-performance search environment focused exclusively on retained search mandates for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. The role is heavily execution-focused and suited for someone who enjoys managing complex searches, engaging senior-level candidates, and partnering closely with clients throughout the search lifecycle.
While the firm specializes in industrials and manufacturing leadership searches, they are open to individuals coming from a variety of sector backgrounds, provided they possess strong executive search fundamentals and a consultative approach to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Execute retained executive search mandates from kickoff through completion
- Conduct market mapping, research, candidate identification, and outreach
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview and offer process
- Develop insights on talent markets and competitor landscapes
- Partner closely with senior leadership and clients on search strategy
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
Qualifications
- Prior experience within executive search or retained search
- Ability to manage searches independently and operate in a client-facing environment
- Strong communication, research, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting senior-level or C-suite mandates preferred
- Sector experience within industrials/manufacturing is a plus, but not required
