Producing Recruitment Manager – healthcare staffing

Overview
We’re partnered with an established healthcare staffing firm with a nationwide presence with its HQ based in Houston. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is seeking a Producing Recruitment Manager to lead and develop a team of healthcare recruiters while maintaining an active recruiting desk.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys both production and team development. The group supports a high-volume national client base across home health, hospice, SNF, and hospital environments.
The team already has active job flow and established client relationships in place, allowing this leader to immediately impact production, recruiter performance, and overall team growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of allied health recruiters
- Drive team production, recruiting activity, and fill ratio performance
- Maintain a producing desk focused on therapy and allied health placements
- Recruit PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, SLPs, and other allied clinicians
- Support nationwide clients across home health, hospice, SNF, and hospital settings
- Partner closely with sales and account management teams on active job orders and client delivery
- Assist recruiters with sourcing strategy, closing techniques, and pipeline development
- Monitor recruiter KPIs, performance metrics, and overall team productivity
- Help improve recruiting processes, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Oversee onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and candidate experience standards
- Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new recruiters as the team expands
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of healthcare staffing experience
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience within a recruiting environment
- Strong background in allied health staffing, ideally therapy-focused
- Experience supporting home health, hospice, SNF, and hospital-based clients
- Proven success managing high-volume recruiting activity
- Track record of personal production and team leadership
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and credentialing
- Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
