Key Responsibilities
- Implementing records management operational standards, guidelines, templates and procedures within Company policies, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Providing expertise on established classifications of customer groups and brands of the company's customer portfolio in systems while maintaining the highest level of accuracy (and no duplication).
- Significantly enhancing information accessibility for internal and external clients.
- Providing ongoing training, technical and user support to assist staff meet record keeping obligations and the effective use of records management systems.
- Strive to improve areas of contact on a daily basis such that client records are entered within an SLA of 24 hours.
- Retrieve and distribute reports from the local management information system on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Coordinate and reconcile and request from finance related to client data.
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom), and data management software, ERP
- Communication - Ability to communicate professionally both written and verbal
- Available to work on site as required by job
- Degree in records, library and/or information management preferred.
- Ideally, a minimum of three years relevant experience within the records information management field specializing in systems support in the IT sense.
- Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with typical workdays consisting of 8-hour shifts.
- A hybrid work arrangement may be offered following 6 months of successful in office training and performance evaluation. This schedule typically includes a combination of remote and on-site workdays.

- Requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods, primarily while working at a desk and using a computer.
- Must be capable of physically accessing and navigating all departments and areas within the organization’s facilities.
- Constantly required to sit, operate a telephone, type, and use a computer mouse and keyboard.
- Frequently required to speak clearly, actively listen, and make neck movements such as bending or twisting.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and rarely up to 25 pounds.
- Visual demands include the ability to perform tasks requiring both close-up vision and distance vision.
