Key Responsibilities
- This person will assist in administrative tasks
- Gather, organize, and maintain project documentation (milestone dates, SOWs, site surveys, drawings, permits)
- Set up projects in project management systems
- Maintain up-to-date project tracking logs and dashboards
- Prepare purchase requests and assist with issuing purchase orders to suppliers and contractors
- Maintain and update documents submitted or pending from subcontractors, permitting agencies, or clients
- Support closeout processes by organizing final documentation packages
- Assist PMs in preparing updates to status reports to be shared with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Minimal experience required
